Looking for Replacement? If you are looking in to replacing your system, chances are good that the equipment is either broken or inefficient. With rapidly changing technology, the heating and cooling industry continues to offer more options to meet the consumer's needs and wants.

What Brand? Brand is not what it used to be. All the parts on heating and cooling equipment are made in just a few places in the world and put together with a label on it. In our industry, we are even able to order private label equipment and put our own 'catchy' name on it. Furthermore, when looking at consumer reports testing of equipment it is found that the difference in failure from the top rated brand to the lower rated brand is %. But, the price from the top brand to the lower rated brand can vary greatly. At Black Forest Heating & Cooling, the brand is up to you.

What about warranties and guarantees? Warranties come from the manufacturer and guarantees come from the company that installs the equipment. Be aware of the company that you choose to do business with and weather there is a charge to come back to your home and repair a manufacturer failure.
