Your heating, cooling and indoor air quality systems can be compared to your car. Without regular service, the dependability and longevity is compromised and warranties may not be recognized. A “breakdown” may occur when you least expect it. A safety inspection and “tune-up” on your systems is recommended annually.

Traditionally, tune-ups and filter changes were performed by the homeowners. With busy lifestyles and people pursuing careers along with the on-going technology changes in heating, cooling and indoor air quality equipment, we invite the client to be part of the “check-up”. An infrared camera and video system is used to view the inside of your furnace and duct system. This means no more assumptions or guess work. Our friendly, knowledgeable, technician will provide you with helpful information about avoiding a possible “break-down”, how to get the most efficiency from your equipment, and the technician will gladly answer any question that you may have about your system.
